A blister is a small pocket of body fluid. Most blisters are filled with a clear fluid.
To heal properly, the advice is to not popped a blister.
Once popped, the excess skin should not be removed because the skin underneath needs that top layer to heal properly

In certain sports, such as tennis or golf, the bat can leave traces in the form of blister on the hands.
Usually it occur by unsuitable footwear.

A recent study case:
Use a patch + Tamanu oil to heal without breaking the blister.
It protects from infection and external factors such as water, dirt and bacteria.
► Note: do not open the skin (blister).
Repeat multiple times a day, or every day.
Tamanu oil dries the blister and it protects against bacteria.
