A blister is a small pocket of body fluid. Most blisters are filled with a clear fluid.
To heal properly, the advice is to not popped a blister.
Once popped, the excess skin should not be removed because the skin underneath needs that top layer to heal properly

If you have a blister after walking, read a practical example below:

Grab a plaster infused with pure Tamanu-Oil on the blister,
do this consistently for several days in a row (preferably before you go to sleep, and preferably several times a day)
► Note: do not puncture the blister.
The blister not only dries out, the effect is also antibacterial and prevents further inflammation.
Also provide a plaster that is suitable for oil, otherwise you will have the sheets under oil in no time.
